  2. Cut them into quarters. You can also choose to discard, or save them and use the greens.
  3. Turn the juicer on and have the cut beets pushed inside one at a go until you get the amount of juice you want.

2. Beet Juice with Pineapple and Cucumber

Ingredients and Equipment:

  1. Take the beetroot and remove its top. Scrub in well using a firm vegetable brush and water to have all dirt removed.
  2. Wash or peel the cucumber. Check to confirm whether the cucumber is waxed. If it’s waxed, it is best you peel it.
  3. Take the pineapple and remove its tough skin. Slice it to smaller pieces.
  4. Cut all the vegetables and fruits in a size that will fit the juicer.
  5. Juice the mixture then serve it

3. Beet Juice with Celery and Carrot

  1. Take a tough vegetable brush and some water (preferably running water) then clean the vegetables.
